Slacker Am I?

I'll answer my own question....YES!!
I've been so neglecting with the posting on my blog it is truely unreal.
Not that I don't mean to blog, just that I have been totally swamped that I just don't have the time. I decided (while I have a few minutes to spare today) I'll try and catch up.

Tomorrow will be my midway point (20 wks) Holy Cow! The time has actually been going by fast! Well fast enough...except for when I think about the "Big U/S" that I will be having done tomorrow, then the time creeps! Thorne and I are really excited to find out what we are having. I still have strong feelings that it is a lil Boy..but I'm not betting my life on it thats for sure...considering lately I have been wrong about ALOT of things LOL.

So this week has been our annual Food Drive at work. I serve as the Chairperson on the team. With all the layoffs the company has had, I don't feel that this year will be nearly as good as previous years. Not that people arent participating or anything. We've collected nearly 30 boxes of food at 20 lbs per box, so roughly 600lbs of food so far. Tomorrow is the last day, so I'm hoping we can get at least 1500 lbs. (Half of what we have done in other years). This food is divided and given to 5 local Food banks. I'll update when I get the final count of the poundage of food we collect. Please wish us lots of luck for more collecting!

On another note, my friend Ashley found out yesterday she is having a LiL Princess! Congrats Ashley!

I'll definitely try to get on tomorrow sometime to update on what we are having. If I can't then it will definitely be on Monday. Hate for you all to wait that long :(
