Another Picture post minus the updates......

Sorry had a whole blog typed up and my internet shut down.
I'll post the update tomorrow. Hopefully will have a little more time.
Here are Gage's 4 month photo's. Well actually 4 1/2 months. I started photography on the side, so these are my pieces of work.

Laughing Gage

Lately all my little man does is laugh! If he's not smiling, cooing, he is laughing. It's so cute! I get tears in my eyes when he does it cause it is just the most wonderful sound, next to the first cry he did when he came out of the womb.
My mom was able to catch him for a little bit on video. I'm hoping I can post this where the video will show up. Don't mind me being silly with him though. I look like a goof, but he makes up for it with his laugh :)
If it doesn't come across as a screen shot, you may have to go directly to the link source to view it.

Hope you enjoy it.

Picture Post

Wanted to stop in for a few minutes to post some of the pictures we had taken for Gage's three months. We still haven't gotten them all back yet, but the lady who did them is still working on them. Here is what we have so far:

Catching Up!

So we have been missing in action for a while. My home laptop's power supply went kaput, so I am awaiting the new one to come in.

Gage has been a little on the sick side lately. I took him to his doctor's today. Since she couldn't tell exactly what was wrong with him, she sent him to the outpatient clinic at the hospital to have testing done. They drew blood, did a saline swab test to test for RSV, then did a chest x-ray to test for bronchitis. She is testing for bronchitis because as his mother, I catch it yearly and that makes him prone to getting it as well. (Sorry little man!)
I'm still in the process of waiting for the results to come back and for the doctor's office to call and let me know what is going on with him. I'm praying he has neither, and it is just a head cold he has.

While he is out sleeping, I'd thought I'd get on and update a little on him.
In four days my little man will be 2 month old. Can you believe it? 2 months old already!
Man the time sure does fly by!
He is now 23 inches long and ways a wopping 11lbs 10oz! He's definitely growing like a weed.
He smiles all the time, and is one big happy baby! Ever since he was born, due to the position he was in the womb, he favors his left side (head). He begins seeing a physical therapist on the 16th of this month to have his muscles in his neck losened. Please keep my little man in your prayers so that he can overcome this and begin moving his neck as he should.

As for me, I've had my 6wk PP appointment. Everything is great. My incision healed perfectly. I've been feeling real good and have been released to do all my normal routines.
My doctor and I have talked about future pregnancies and he suggested that we wait until Gage reaches a year before trying for our next. Thorne didn't really like that idea because he wants our little ones close in age. So between Thorne and I we decided that we would progess further on trying on our own to get pregnant up until Gage turns 1. If we have not conceived before then, then we will get the RE involved again. Praying we don't have to go that route again though. Since I have PCOS, I don't have normal cycles, so I am hoping that this pregnancy has changed that and I begin having normal cycles on my own. I will be charting to see if I actually ovulate on my own throughout this time.
On another note, I am scheduled to return back to work on Feb 15th and I am SOOOOOO not looking forward to it.
Now for a few pictures:

Taken on Gage's first day out in the park
I attempted to take a few photos on my own of Gage at 1 month and 2 weeks.
Finally Gage in his uniform! He's ready to cheer for his favorite NFL team in the Superbowl!

First Bath

Well, to say the least, Gage does not like water (although he lived it in for 9 months)!

We decided to finally try and give him his first bath (of course a few weeks ago), and he did not like it at all. Well at least at first. He finally got accustomed to the water and enjoyed the rest of his bath after the initial "step in".

I attempted to grab a few pictures from his ordeal...

Our Little Number 1 Saints Fan!

Well even though the New Orleans Saints are no longer undefeated, they still played a heck of a game against Dallas. I'm sure my brother was just loving all over that game. (He's a Dallas hardcore fan!)

Gage was there to cheer on the mighty Saints. Although he slept through about the last quarter or so, he still watch some of it. We put him in front of the TV in his seat and he watched away. His dad even went bought him a special outfit to wear for the game. He will definitely be in front of the TV to root on his favorite NFL team all the way to victory in the Superbowl game :).....
